Dover est une ville américaine du comté de Morris, État du New Jersey. Selon le recensement de 2000, sa population s’élève à 18 188 habitants, estimée à 18 372 en 2003. Densité : 802,2 hab/km² (2 078,1 hab/mi²). Superficie totale : 7 km² (2,7 mi²).

Dover a été incorporée en tant que village en 1826 et en 1869 en tant que ville. Elle a été nommée en hommage à Dover, New Hampshire.
