Donte Whitner, né le 24 juillet 1985 à Cleveland, est un joueur américain de football américain.
Durant ses débuts dans le football américain, il a joué pour l'école Glenville située à Cleveland dans l'Ohio puis chez les Ohio State Buckeyes de l'Université de l'État de l'Ohio.
Il a été choisi 8e au total lors de la 1re ronde du Repêchage 2006 de la NFL. Aujourd'hui, il est safety pour les Bills de Buffalo. Whitner en sera à sa 3e année dans la NFL lors de la saison 2008.
