Didier Bay est un artiste français né à Paris en 1944.
Sa vie
Didier BAY est diplômé de l'ENSAD et d'un DEA d'Arts plastiques.
Il considère ses travaux comme une thèse permanente. Didier BAY est reconnu internationalement (voir ses collections publiques).
Son Oeuvre
Didier Bay s’est fait connaître dans les années 70, dans la mouvance du "narrative art" qui associe l’écriture de texte autobiographique à la photographie. Depuis lors, cet artiste ne s’est jamais départi d’un esprit radical et intransigeant pour dénoncer les stéréotypes culturels. C’est peut être la raison pour laquelle, malgré une carrière internationale, il reste un artiste marginal et inclassable. Né en 1944 à Beauchamps, en France, il vit actuellement à Paris. Il est notamment connu pour un livre édité par Akademie Schloss Solitude en 1993, intitulé Muses & musées.
