David Burke (né le 25 mai 1934 à Liverpool) est un acteur britannique.
Il est principalement connu pour avoir interprété le docteur John Watson pendant les deux premières saisons de la série Sherlock Holmes aux côtés de Jeremy Brett. Il fut remplacé par Edward Hardwicke, qu'il recommanda à la production, au début de la 3ème saison.
