« Daniel Firman est représentatif d'une nouvelle génération qui veut faire tomber du mur l'œuvre d'art et désacraliser la sculpture. Pour cela il l'allonge par terre dans l'idée de renvoyer à l'angoissante condition de l'humain »[1].
