DJ Phéno

DJ Phéno ou Phéno Dj le « phénoménal » est un chanteur et concepteur ivoirien dans le style Coupé-décalé. Il est créateur-concepteur de la danse « Colgata » (qui consiste à effectuer des simulations de lavage de dents) et la « Shabani » (inspirée du footballeur Shabani Nonda). Il est aussi Disc-Jockey dans un maquis au Mille maquis à Marcory.

Biographie

DJ Phéno fait partie de cette jeune génération de DJ aux inspirations fertiles. Officiant dans l’un des plus grands maquis d’Abidjan, le DJ a vu juste de créer la danse colgata qui se retrouvait en l'an 2006 dans presque toutes les chorégraphies d'artistes africains et autres. Son album baptisé Colgata est un véritable chef-d’œuvre dans lequel il met en jeu ses cordes vocales. L’album a été travaillé par David Tayorault (Totorino) et est distribuée par Ted Label en 2006.

En mars 2008, Dj Phéno revient avec un nouveau concept intitulé la « Shabani » inspiré du joueur professionnel de football congolais Shabani Nonda.
