Corporate Copyright

Corporate Copyright est une maison d'édition belge fondée en mai 1990 qui édite principalement des livres comptables, juridiques et fiscaux[1].

Elle se distingue notamment par l'envoi massif de courriels non sollicités (spam) ainsi que par la dangerosité de son site internet, bloqué par BitDefender.

Fondée par un économiste et journaliste, Axel Neefs (rédacteur au magazine Trends-Tendances et au journal l'Echo), l'entreprise initiale a grandi dans le giron de l'IEC (Institut des Experts-Comptables et des Conseils fiscaux) avant de prendre son envol comme éditeur indépendant avec un nouvel associé, Pierre Delroisse.

Spécialisée dans les ouvrages pratiques pour les professionnels comptables, avec pour matière de prédilection la fiscalité directe et indirecte, la comptabilité, la TVA, les codes (CIR, TVA, Société), l'entreprise se développe par croissance externe en rachetant des entreprises de son secteur (Guide des Ministères, éditeur d'annuaires gouvernementaux, une partie de la collection de feu "Labor" et plus récemment EasyDoc, éditeur de logiciel TVA) ou plus éloignées (Café Central, édition électro, rock et pop).

Chaque année, le catalogue s'enrichit de plusieurs ouvrages, et l'ensemble des éditions est remis à jour annuellement. Les sorties bilingues de la plupart de ses livres en font, dans ce domaine exigeant de la fiscalité, un acteur principal du paysage éditorial belge.

Le groupe réalise un chiffre d'affaires consolidé de 1,500 K€ et emploie 20 personnes en Belgique.
