...In Pains est le deuxième album studio du groupe de Death Metal Norvégien Cadaver. L'album est sorti au cours de l'année 1992 sous le label Earache Records.

C'est le dernier album du groupe enregistré avec Ole Bjerkebakke au chant et à la batterie et du dernier album avec Rene Jansen. Il s'agit également du dernier album que le groupe sortira sous ce nom la puisque il s'appellera bien plus tard Cadaver Inc., avec une formation tout a fait différente de celle ci.
