Co-operation in the field of Scientific and Technical research

Coopération européenne dans le domaine de la recherche scientifique et technique

COST est un système de réseau intergouvernemental à l’échelle européenne créé en 1971. Il permet de coordonner et d’aider la circulation du savoir à l’échelle européenne (voir les sites web du COST et du COST 837). Le but des réseaux COST est d’assurer une position forte de l’Europe dans le domaine de la recherche, tout en assurant une intégration entre les différents pays européens.
