Cineplex Odeon Corporation était un des principaux exploitants de salles de cinéma canadien. Le groupe possédait des salles au Canada et aux États-Unis.
Cineplex a été créé en 1979 avec l'ouverture de son premier complexe, le Toronto Eaton Centre, à Toronto, Ontario. En 1984, Cineplex a racheté Canadian Theatres pour donner naissance à Cineplex Odeon. En mai 1998, Cineplex Odeon a fusionné avec Loews Theatres pour donner naissance à Loews Cineplex Entertainment.
