Boulat Chalvovitch Okoudjava (en russe Булат Шалвович Окуджава ; en géorgien ბულატ ოკუჯავა) est un auteur-compositeur-interprète soviétique né à Moscou le 9 mai 1924 et mort à Paris le 12 juin 1997.
Considéré comme l'un des plus importants bardes de langue russe, avec Vladimir Vissotski, son œuvre exprime son horreur de la guerre, l'observation patiente de la société soviétique et les amours douloureuses. On le surnomme parfois le "Brassens soviétique".
