Stanley Dural Jr. dit Buckwheat, est un chanteur, accordéoniste et pianiste américain né en 1947.

Après des débuts de pianiste pour Clarence Gatemouth Brown, Little Richard et Clifton Chenier, Buckwheat s'est lancé avec succès dans une carrière de chanteur-accordéoniste de Zydeco: il aura influencé la plupart des orchestres de ce style dans les années 1980.
