Synopsis
Un scandale menace la tranquillité de la ville de Wilby Island. Tous les insulaires vont devoir y faire face : l’agent municipal gay et dyslexique, l’officier de police obsédé, l’agent immobilier aux dents longues, sans oublier le gérant du vidéo club qui n’arrive pas à se suicider…
