United Bank for Africa

United Bank for Africa (UBA) est une banque anonyme au Nigeria en 1961 et basée à Lagos[1]. C'est l'une des plus importantes institutions financières d'Afrique de banque universelle offrant à plus de 7 millions de clients dans 750 succursales dans 19 pays africains et une présence à New York, Londres et à Paris. Formé par la fusion de l'UBA à vocation commerciale et les magasins offrant Standard Trust Bank en 2005, la Banque a une ambition claire pour être la dominante, et leader prestataire de services financiers en Afrique[2]. Coté à la Bourse du Nigeria en 1970, UBA évolue rapidement dans une institution pan-africaine de services financiers complets[3].
