Billy Crawford (né le 16 mai 1982 à Manille) est un acteur et chanteur de R'n'B d'origine américano-philippine. Il a connu le succès en France à partir de « Trackin‘ » (2001), mais il est presque inconnu aux États-Unis et dans le reste du monde.

Il a été découvert dans un bowling de Manille à l'âge de 3 ans et a commencé à jouer des petits rôles dans des films aux Philippines. Arrivé aux États-Unis à 11 ans, il a dansé à 14 avec Michael Jackson (1996). Il a tenu en 2005 l'un des rôles principaux du film L'Exorciste : aux sources du mal, de Paul Schrader.

La même année, il parcourt la France pour la tournée Big City Tour avec un passage au Zénith de Paris le 20 mars. De même, il assure la tournée Summer Tour en 2006. La même année, il crée sa propre ligne de vêtements et sort une autobiographie intitulée « La Musique et Moi » dans laquelle il raconte ses 20 ans d'expérience. Depuis quelques années^[évasif] il sort avec Nikki Gil une actrice et chanteuse philippine.
