The Secret Word est un des sketchs récurrents du Saturday Night Live.
Concept
Bill Hader y incarne le présentateur. il accueille deux invités célèbres dont une est toujours une chanteuse de Broadway sur le retour interprétée par Kristen Wiig. l'autre invité est l'invité principal de l'émission. deux autres acteurs sont présents, jouant les candidats. le jeu commence. c'est une sorte de pyramide où il faut faire deviner un mot. L'humour vient du fait que les invités ne vont pas arrêter de dire par inadvertance le secret word. La chanteuse de Broadway tente à plusieurs reprises de chanter des tubes de sa carrière en racontant les différents spectacles auxquels elle a participé.
Émissions
Le sketch a été réalisé plusieurs fois[Combien ?]. on peut notamment citer l'émission avec Joseph Gordon-Levitt ou celle avec Justin Timberlake et Lady Gaga cloturant la saison 36. le sketch repose énormément sur Kristen Wiig.
