The Machine est un film en projet écrit par Thomas Lennon et Robert Ben Garant et produit par MGM prévu pour 2012.
Synopsis
Le film narre les aventures d'un robot à l'apparence humaine , créé par le Pentagone comme arme ultime, mais mis hors-service et enterré après l'abandon du projet. C'est un enfant qui découvrira la machine par hasard, la réactivera et se liera d'amitié avec lui. Le gouvernement, apprenant que sa machine a été retrouvée, tente de s'en mêler, et la machine protègera sa nouvelle famille
