Swashbuckle est un groupe américain de trash/pirate metal formé en 2005. À l'instar de leurs amis écossais d'Alestorm qui leur ont consacré une chanson dans leur dernier album Back Through Time, "Swashbuckled", les Américains sont considérés comme faisant parti du genre émergeant qu'est le pirate metal, de par leurs paroles et leurs mélodies rappelant la piraterie.
