Le shish taouk, appelé ainsi à tort à cause de sa ressemblance au chich taouk, est un mets populaire servi dans les restaurants libanais de la région de Montréal. C'est un chawarma de poulet grillé sur une broche et servi émietté. Il est habituellement accompagné d'une sauce à base de yogourt et d'ail.
