Le Shakespeare Birthplace Trust (en français : fondation pour le lieu de naissance de Shakespeare), souvent abrégé en SBT, est une fondation indépendante à but pédagogique basée à Stratford-upon-Avon dans le Warwickshire en Angleterre.
Elle a été créée en 1847 suite à l'acquisition de la maison familiale de William Shakespeare, dans un but de préservation de cette maison comme un lieu de commémoration nationale.
