Ramzi Ahmed Yousef ou Ramzi Mohammed Yousef (arabe : رمزي يوسف‎), aussi connu sous des dizaines de pseudonymes, est un terroriste islamiste d'origine pakistanaise né le 20 mai 1967 au Koweït. Il fut l'un des planificateurs de l'attentat du World Trade Center de 1993, de l'opération Bojinka (précurseur des attentats du 11 septembre 2001), d'une conspiration envers Benazir Bhutto et de l'attentat manqué sur le vol 434 Philippine Airlines. Le 6 février 1995, il a été arrêté à Islamabad par le Diplomatic Security Service et transféré aux États-Unis où il purge une peine de prison à vie à ADX Florence. Il a déclaré s'être converti au christianisme mais le personnel de la prison ne croit pas en sa sincérité.

L'oncle de Yousef est Khalid Cheikh Mohammed.
