sont disponibles sur CommonsPantherophis[1] est un genre de serpent de la famille des Colubridae dont on rencontre les espèces au sud des États-Unis et au Mexique, ainsi que sur quelques îles proches.
Les espèces de ce genre étaient pour la plupart classées auparavant dans le genre Elaphe, ce classement faisant suite à des analyse génétiques en 2002[2].
