Ong Teng Cheong (chinois : 王鼎昌, pinyin : Wáng Dǐngchāng; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Ông Tíng-chhiong, né le 22 janvier 1936 et décédé le 8 février 2002 à Singapour) fut le 5e président de la République de Singapour du 1er septembre 1993 au 31 août 1999[1]. Il fut le premier élu au suffrage universel direct, quand ses prédécesseurs le furent par le Parlement.
