Masami Ochiai est un homme d'affaires japonais. Il est l'actuel président du Grenoble Foot 38.
Il est membre de la société multinationale japonaise « Index Corporation » dont il est le numéro 1. Il est devenu l'actionnaire majoritaire du club en succédant à son compatriote et associé Kazutoshi Watanabe. Il a alors pris la présidence du GF38. Il comble le déficit du club, après la menace de rétrogation en National
Aujourd'hui, il travaille, avec ses collaborateurs, à un prochain retour du club en Ligue 1.
