Mark Cuban, né le 31 juillet 1958 à Pittsburgh, est un homme d'affaires américain notable pour être le propriétaire de l'équipe de basket-ball des Mavericks de Dallas, la chaîne de théâtre Landmark Theatres et du studio Magnolia Pictures notamment via la holding 2929 Entertainment. Il est aussi le président de la chaîne télévisée HDNet.
Il a fait des apparitions dans divers programmes et séries télévisés. Son équipe remporta, lors de la saison 2010-2011, les Playoffs NBA contre les Miami Heat.
