Lezgistan[1] (lezg: Лекьет) — le domaine historique à l'est du Caucase, peuplé des Lesghiens (leki), ainsi que le nom du Daghestan chez les auteurs orientaux. Est le domaine de l'établissement de la partie des peuples du groupe lesghien de langue de la famille nakhsko-de Daghestan de langue. En analysant les sources, par exemple, les 18-ème siècles, on peut voir que Lezgistan à côté du Daghestan et Chirvanom était le domaine séparé du Caucase Oriental. Par exemple, l'officier russe Gerber I.G. à la description du Caucase mentionnait les domaines de Chirvan de Lezgistan, Lezgistan et le Daghestan. Il divisait le Caucase Oriental en domaines suivants :
