Initialement prévu pour 2007, le film ne devrait finalement pas sortir avant 2009, le scénario n'ayant pas satisfait Jim Carrey.
Synopsis
Il raconte l'histoire de Robert Ripley, un explorateur et journaliste américain qui voyage à travers 198 pays à la recherche de personnes qui possèdent des facultés surprenantes ou de faits incroyables pour les faire exposer dans sa célèbre rubrique du New York Globe.
