Le kite landboarding est un sport de glisse employant la voile du kitesurf, ou un simple grand cerf-volant. A la différence du char à cerf-volant, le pratiquant est debout sur une planche munie de quatre roues gonflables, appelée mountain board. Ce sport se pratique dans des zones venteuses, dégagées comme des plages à marée basse, et de préférence peu fréquentées par les touristes.
