Kesa-Gatame (contrôle par le travers, en japonais : 袈裟固) est une technique de contrôle au sol (Osae-Waza) du judo.
Principe général
- Tori : celui qui fait l'action
- Uke : celui qui subit l'action
Tori bloque Uke au sol en collant sa hanche et son flanc droit sur le haut du corps et l'aisselle de Uke. Tori coince le bras droit de Uke avec son aisselle.
