Le Kasumigaseki Building est un gratte-ciel se trouvant à Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda, Tokyo. Il est composé de 30 étages et mesure 156 mètres de hauteur. Il fut construit entre 1965 et 1968 et sert de bureau principalement. Il est considéré comme le premier vrai building de Tokyo car avant les années 60, la hauteur de construction ne pouvait pas dépasser les 31m dans tout Tokyo. Il fut construit par le bureau d'architectes de la société Kajima Corporation.
