Johanna Catharina Maria (Jolande) Sap, née le 22 mai 1963 (1963-05-22) (48 ans) à Venlo, est une économiste et femme politique néerlandaise du parti Gauche verte (GroenLinks en néerlandais). Elle est députée, chargée des affaires financières.
Sap a etudié l'économie à l'université de Tilburg, puis a travaillé à cette université et à l'université d'Amsterdam. De 1992 à 1996 elle est employée par le conseil d'émancipation (Emancipatieraad). De 1996 à 2003 elle est fonctionnaire du ministère des Affaires sociales et de l'emploi et de 2003 à 2008 directrice d'un bureau de conseil nommé LEEFtijd. De 2008 à 2009, elle enseigne à la Hogeschool Inholland.
Dès 1993, Sap est active pour GroenLinks. Le 2 septembre 2008, elle devient membre de la Deuxième Chambre des États-Généraux (Tweede Kamer) et le 16 décembre 2010 elle succède à Femke Halsema comme président du groupe parlementaire (Fraction) et chef du parti GroenLinks.
Jolande Sap vit avec son compagnon et ses deux enfants à Amsterdam.
