Itti-Marduk-balatu (vers 1140-1133 av. J-C) est le fils du roi fondateur et le deuxième souverain de la IInde dynastie d'Isin[1]. Il est le premier de la dynastie dont il soit clair qu'il se déclara comme héritier de la dynastie kassite de Babylone[2]. Il est possible qu'il est réussi à s'emparer de la ville[3].
