Hōjō Ujimasa (北条氏政) (1538 - 10 août 1590) était le quatrième chef du Clan Go-Hōjō, et daimyo du château d'Odawara. Il a commandé dans beaucoup de batailles, affermissant la position de son clan, et se retira en 1590. Son fils Hōjō Ujinao est devenu le chef du clan et le seigneur d'Odawara, mais plus tard cette année, ils ont perdu contre les forces de Hideyoshi Toyotomi. Ujimasa a été contraint de se suicider avec son frère Hōjō Ujiteru.
