Holding Sand

Holding Sand est un groupe de rock / post-hardcore de Tours (France), fondé en 2007.

Le groupe a sorti deux EP "Ebb & Flow" en 2009, et "On Sleepless Nights" en 2010, et s'apprête à sortir[Quand ?] l'album Some Things Are Better Left Unsaid enregistré par David Potvin du groupe Lyzanxia au Dôme Studio d'Angers, sous le label M&O Music.

Holding Sand a traversé la France entière et prépare actuellement une tournée européenne. Le quintet possède à son actif 5 clips musicaux, notamment celui d'On Sleepless Nights réalisé par Benjamin Cappelletti (Sidilarsen, My Own Private Alaska... Mais aussi Zaho ou Matt Pokora), ou celui de The Future Belongs To Heartless Whores monté par son chanteur Clément Horvath. Le groupe a également sorti un documentaire de 25 minutes Holding Sand: Inside et une web-série de 6 épisodes nommée "The Holding Sand Chronicles".

Le groupe tourangeau s'est fait très présent dans la presse spécialisée, notamment dans les magazines Rock One ou les sites Alternativ News ou Métalorgie, aussi bien en France qu'à l'étranger.
