Guy René André Maria est un directeur de la photographie et un réalisateur français.

Biographie

Guy Maria fait son entrée au cinéma à la fin des années 1950 en travaillant comme assistant caméraman[1] . A la fin de la décennie suivante il est directeur de la photographie sur des films comme La Malédiction de Belphégor (1967) ou La Punition (1969)[1] . En 1974, il passe à la réalisation avec Quand les filles se déchaînent, mélange de scènes d'action et d'érotisme dans l'air du temps. Il dirige Marie-Georges Pascal, Bob Asklöf et Jean-Michel Dhermay. Par la suite, il fait notamment tourner Alice arno et Gilda Arancio. Ses films évoluent vers la pornographie[1] tout en en gardant une certaine place pour l'action. Après seulement six films comme réalisateur , il reviens à son métier de chef opérateur et participe à son dernier tournage en 1987[1] .
