Gastrotheca ernestoi est une espèce d'amphibiens de la famille des Hemiphractidae.

Distribution
Cette espèce est endémique du Brésil, elle se rencontre dans la serra dos Órgãos, la serra do Mar et la serra da Mantiqueira dans l'État de Rio de Janeiro.
Taxonomie
Elle a été longtemps considérée comme synonyme de Gastrotheca microdiscus (Andersson in Lönnberg & Andersson, 1910)[1].
