La Formation de Nemegt (ou Nemegtskaya Svita) est une formation géologique, datant du Crétacé supérieur et situé dans le désert de Gobi, en Mongolie.
Nemegt Formation est le terme usité en anglais. En français, on rencontre plus fréquemment celui de « vallée de Nemegt ».
