FiRESiGN ou Firesign est un groupe de rock indépendant japonais basé à New-York, créé en 1998 par la chanteuse Aya, rejointe en 2001 par le désormais bassiste Masaki Yamada, ex-chanteur des groupes Flatbacker, EZO et Loudness. Ce sont les deux seuls membres permanent du groupe; ils ont été accompagné par les guitaristes Masami Doi en studio et Goh Kurosawa en concert, et par le batteur Jamel Hopkins. Leur premier single Rise From the Ashes est inspiré des attentats du 11 septembre 2001 qu'ils ont vécu en tant que new-yorkais.
