The Face in the Crowd est un Thriller écrit et réalisé par Julien Magnat, sorti en DVD en octobre 2011, et mettant en vedette Milla Jovovich, Julian McMahon , Michael Shanks, David Atrakchi, Sandrine Holt et Sarah Wayne Callies.

Histoire

Anna Marchant (Milla Jovovich) mène une vie parfaite. Elle est maîtresse d'école maternelle, vit dans une maison splendide et est mariée à l'homme parfait. Un soir alors qu'elle rentre chez elle après une soirée en boite de nuit avec ses amies, Anna est témoin du meurtre d'une jeune femme qui se fait trancher la gorge au rassoir. Dans cette même soirée son téléphone sonne et le tueur se met à sa poursuite. Il assomme la pauvre jeune femme et la jette dans le lac.

Plusieurs jours plus tard, Anna se réveille dans un hôpital entourée par ses proches. Elle se rend compte qu'elle à survécu à la tentative de meurtre. Mais ces derniers évènements lui laissent cependant d'importantes séquelles. Elle souffre désormais de prosopagnosie, un trouble de la reconnaissance et de l'identification. Elle ne reconnaît plus les visages et doit refaire sa vie au milieu d’un monde devenu indiscernable. Pendant qu’elle essaye avec l'aide de la police d’identifier son agresseur, ce dernier s'efforce d'éliminer l’unique témoin de ses crimes...
