Ed Starink est un compositeur et musicien néerlandais, né le 17 décembre 1952.
Il a joué de l'orgue Hammond pour les Beach Boys et a également été claviériste pour David Bowie.
Il est surtout connu à partir de la fin des années 1980 pour être le compositeur et arrangeur d'une série de 12 compilations intitulée Synthesizer Greatest (ou Synthétiseur – Les plus grands thèmes en France) éditées par le label Arcade. Il y reprenait au synthétiseur des compositions d'autres artistes électroniques tels que Jean-Michel Jarre et Vangelis, des adaptations d'œuvres classiques ou des bandes originales de films, mais aussi quelques compositions originales à partir du 7e opus.
