Le diocèse de Bunia est une juridiction de l'Église catholique romaine en République démocratique du Congo. La préfecture apostolique du lac Albert a été créée en 1922 ; elle devient vicariat apostolique du lac Albert en 1933, puis diocèse de Bunia en 1959.
L'évêque actuel est Mgr Dieudonné Uringi Uuci, succédant à Mgr Léonard Dhejju (1984-2002).
