Crescendo Industries est la holding à laquelle appartenait Amesys avant son rachat par Bull. Ce rachat s'étant opéré en partie par distribution d'action de Bull, Crescendo Industries est aujourd'hui en possession de Bull[1].
Son président du directoire est Philippe Vannier, qui a pris la direction de Bull en mai 2010[2].
