Le CAR Development Trophy, anciennement appelé Castel Beer Trophy ou Super 16, est un tournoi de rugby à XV organisé chaque année depuis 2002 et regroupant des nations du continent africain qui ne participent pas à la Coupe d'Afrique de rugby. Les nations sont séparées en deux divisions, Nord et Sud, suivant une limite qui suit approximativement l'équateur. Jusqu'en 2006, une rencontre entre les vainqueurs de chaque division est organisée.
