Bloody Tales of Disgraced Lands est le 1er album studio du groupe Wolfchant. Il sortira le 25 Novembre de l'année 2005 chez le label CPP Records. Cet album recevra de bonnes critiques lors de sa sortit. Les sujets abordés par Wolfchant sont toujours dans le même thême (Soit les légendes nordiques, les guerres...) bien que les lyrics soit transparent au nom de l'album (Contes sanglants des régions déshonorés). Une des seules choses repproché à Wolfchant est que dans la pluspart de leur musique on retrouve un lead épique qui reviendra plus ou moins de fois.
