Blair Dunlop (né le 11 février 1992) est un acteur et musicien anglais. Il a fait ses études à Repton School. Il a maintenant pris une année sabbatique avant l'université pour se concentrer sur ses aspirations musicales. En 2005, il décrocha son premier rôle dans Charlie et la Chocolaterie (film, 2005). Il apparaît 3 fois dans le film, Ou il joue Willy Wonka enfant, qui à cette époque portait en permanence un énorme appareil dentaire de nuit autour de sa tête. Son père le Dr Wilbur Wonka, un Orthodontiste très réputé, lui interdisait de manger des confiseries, car pour lui, le caramel et le chocolat ne faisaient pas bon ménage avec l’appareil dentaire. Ayant malgré tout mangé du chocolat, il quitta son père pour devenir chocolatier.
Dunlop a également été sur une émission de télévision anglaise appelée Rocket Ma. Il est un fan de football vif et assiste régulièrement aux matchs de Tottenham Hotspur, la Fiorentina et le Real Betis. Son joueur favori est l'ancien du Real Betis et le courant Al-Jazira attaquant Rafael Sobis.
