Une alpha-glucosidase (EC 3.2.1.20) est une enzyme de type glucosidase qui agit sur les liaisons alpha 1,4[1], ce qui les différencie des enzymes bêta-glucosidase.
Le terme maltase, qui concerne les enzymes catalysant l'hydrolyse du maltose, est souvent considéré comme équivalent.
