Alexander Miller Cobb (né le 7 octobre 1987 à Boston, Massachusetts, États-Unis) est un lanceur droitier des Ligues majeures de baseball jouant avec les Rays de Tampa Bay.

Carrière

Alex Cobb est drafté en quatrième ronde par les Rays de Tampa Bay en 2006.

Le lanceur partant joue son premier match dans les majeures le 1er mai 2011 alors qu'il amorce la rencontre au monticule pour Tampa Bay contre les Angels de Los Angeles. Il n'est pas impliqué dans la décision et quitte la partie en cinquième manche[1]. Après n'avoir accordé qu'un point en six manches et un tiers à ces mêmes Angels le 7 juin suivant, Cobb est crédité de sa première victoire dans le baseball majeur[2].
