Abdullah Saleh Al Mulla (?-1955) était secrétaire d'État au Koweït sous les émirs Sheikh Ahmad I Al-Jaber Al-Sabah et Sheikh Abdullah III Al-Salim Al-Sabah. Il a été élevé en Angleterre.
En 1938, Abdullah Al Mulla a monté sa propre société qui est devenu un conglomérat multinational bien connu sous le nom de Al-Mulla Group.
