Le Yi Quan ( 意拳 : la boxe de l'intention, également connue sous le nom de Da Cheng Quan) est une école de l' art martial chinois qui fut créée par le Maître Wang Xiang Zhai dans les années 30. Il déclarait, dès 1920, que les pratiquants négligeaient l'importance du travail de l'esprit et donnaient trop d'importance aux mouvements. Wang Xiang Zhai prône un art martial épuré, simple et efficace. De plus, fidèle à la tradition millénaire chinoise, l'art de Wang Xiang Zhai insiste autant sur le travail de préservation de la santé (yangsheng) que sur le travail de défense personnelle (ziwei).
Cette façon de considérer l'art martial, prenant en compte la concentration de l'esprit et la volonté et absent de formes (Tao-Lu), est certainement la forme la plus proche de celle qui fut pratiqué dans l'antiquité en Chine...
