La rivière Yarmouk (arabe : nahr al-yarmūk, نهر اليرموك; hébreu : nehar hayarmukh, נהר הירמוך ; grec : Hieromiakos, Ιερομίακος ; latin Hieromax/Hieromix) est un des deux affluents majeurs du Jourdain, l’autre étant la Jabbok (Nahr ez-Zarqa). Le confluent se situe à environ 7 km au sud de l'exutoire de la Mer de Galilée. La rivière sépare Israël et la Jordanie dans sa partie la plus basse, et la Syrie de la Jordanie dans sa partie haute. Elle forme la limite sud du plateau du Golan.
